Many of us love to write and want to bring this more to our days. We want to develop a journaling practice. Journaling can be seen to help on a number of different levels. Carrying on reading for some hepful journaling prompts.
- It helps us develop more self awareness.
- It’s a deep focus on our own individuality.
- It puts us at the center in driving ourselves forward
- We can organise our thoughts in a more coherent fashion
- Journaling can help us create some kind of order when we often find ourselves in a lot of chaos.
We all have so much wisdom inside but the busy ness of day to day life, the conditioning we have experienced through out our life holds us back from connecting to this.
- Journaling is a way to connect with that wisdom inside.
- A way to have open and compassionate conversations with ourselves.
- A way to break free from those chains that hold us back.
But we might often sit down to write in our journal and just have a blank mind, experience writers block and just not know what to write about. On those days journaling prompts might be perfect to help inspire us and lead to creativity and connection with our subconscious thoughts.
